How rewards work on HowWasThat

If you are a reviewer, here is exactly what happens between submitting a review and getting paid.

1. You submit your proof

After trying the service and posting your review on the platform the campaign asks for, you upload a screenshot (or a video or bill photo for some campaign types) and submit it on HowWasThat.

2. We check it

A person checks your submission before it is paid. This is usually done within 24 to 48 hours. If something is missing or unclear, the submission is rejected with a reason, and you can fix it and send it again.

3. The reward goes to your wallet

Once approved, the reward shown on the campaign card is added to your HowWasThat wallet. You will see it in your wallet history and as a notification.

4. You withdraw by UPI

Ask for a withdrawal from the Wallet page, in whole rupees, to your UPI ID. There is no minimum amount. We process withdrawals manually, normally within 24 hours. If a transfer fails, the money is returned to your wallet.

Does my rating change what I earn?

No. The reward is for taking part and giving your honest opinion. A low rating earns exactly the same as a high one, and you should ignore anyone who asks you for a particular rating.
